How many guests are on each trip?
To maintain an intimate and elevated environment, we keep our group sizes small—typically between 10 to 14 women. This allows for deeper sisterhood and a more personalized experience at every stop.

How do I secure my spot on a Luxe Escape?
Booking is effortless. Simply select your preferred room package on our destination page and complete the guest registration. Once your deposit is processed, your journey toward soft life, sisterhood, and stamps on our passport officially begins.
What are the payment requirements and plans?
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. We offer flexible interest-free installment plans for the remaining balance, with final payment due 60 days prior to departure. We accept all major credit cards and secure bank transfers for your ease.
Do you provide flight booking services?
While guests book their own international airfare to allow for maximum flexibility with points and preferred airlines, Luxe Escapes provides optional flight booking assistance for a small professional fee. We'll ensure your arrival aligns perfectly with our complimentary ground transfers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We cultivate peace of mind in every detail, including our policies. Cancellations made 90+ days before departure receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations 60-90 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Within 60 days, payments are non-refundable as all accommodations and experiences are secured. We strictly require high-quality travel insurance to safeguard your luxury investment.

Bali enjoys a tropical climate year-round. Our escapes are curated for the dry season (April - October), offering endless sunshine and gentle evening breezes perfect for alfresco dining and sisterhood circles.
How do we handle local customs and etiquette?
